  • Type of business: Adult day care center startup
  • Challenge: Establish a web presence for a newly established business to attract new customers

Commercial Printer

  • Type of business: Full line of printing services and direct mail services for business, medical, construction and much more
  • Challenge: Their self-created website was not pulling in any customers and the site could not be found with the major search engines
  • Solution: Created a brand new WordPress Content Management System (CMS) website. Includes more more content and is much more flexible in displaying content to drive customers to buy. Ongoing training, maintenance, and support.

  • Type of business: Day of the event party management. They orchestrates all of the details for the day of major events such as weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs.
  • Challenge: Their services are in very high demand and the owner needed a website to support marketing of her services. Owner is extremely busy with no time to update the website.
  • Solution: HTML website explaining their services and featuring the testimonials of their delighted customers. Strong branding features custom graphics and colors of the “Red Coat Ladies” as they are known for – perhaps more than the company name, Party Assurance. We maintain the site, update testimonials and monitor website traffic.

Jennifer’s Cafe

  • Type of business: Popular neighborhood cafe that gets great reviews since it opened 25+ years ago
  • Challenge: Customers of this popular restaurant have asked, almost daily, if the menu was on their website. But there was no website. Owners saw no other real need to join the  online generation since business has been very steady without any marketing except for work-of-mouth.
  • Primary objective was to create a website so that the menu could be published online in response to customer demand
  • Solution provided: An attractive static HTML website with a downloadable menu in response to customer demand. Pages feature customer favorites and photos of the cafe and menu items.
  • Website reflects the nature of this establishment – low key, old fashioned, low tech with no flash, no fads, no coupons and no gimmicks. Just great quality, service and values. – Just what the customer ordered!
  • Owner reports being “thrilled” with the results and that website far exceeded his expectations. Their customers have also reported being pleased to see the menu online so they can decide what to order before coming in.
  • Monitoring of website traffic reveals an unexpectedly high amount of web activity for a small neighborhood establishment.

Kimberley North Improvement Association

  • Type of organization: Non-profit (neighborhood association)
  • Challenge: The previous HTML website was becoming increasingly difficult to keep updated and depended on one person with the software, skills, and time to maintain the site.
  • Solution: WordPress Content Management System including blog and email newsletter
  • Integrated email marketing- 180+ email newsletter subscribers out of 250 homes. When newsletters
  • Blog to keep community informed and involved in the community
  • Future plans include empowering board and community members to publish and maintain content

Plumbing and Heating Company

  • Type of business: Family owned plumbing business (founded over 60 years ago) seeking to increase customer base. Competition amongst plumbers is extremely high and advertising is very costly.
  • Challenge: Owner wants to establish a website to attract customers and seeks an affordable alternative to the costly websites created by the Yellow Pages.
  • Current status: Down for redesign
