Segal Consulting – Family Business Consulting

I was able to troubleshoot their website, propose, and implement a fast and low-cost solution. They were back up and running within 2 days.
  • After cleaning up their website and installing additional security and backup measures, the owner was able to focus on the need to take his website to the next level. I proposed and created an all-new website built with WordPress.

Jennifer’s Cafe

  • Type of business: Popular neighborhood cafe that gets great reviews since it opened 25+ years ago
  • Challenge: Customers of this popular restaurant have asked, almost daily, if the menu was on their website. But there was no website. Owners saw no other real need to join the  online generation since business has been very steady without any marketing except for work-of-mouth.
  • Primary objective was to create a website so that the menu could be published online in response to customer demand
  • Solution provided: An attractive static HTML website with a downloadable menu in response to customer demand. Pages feature customer favorites and photos of the cafe and menu items.
  • Website reflects the nature of this establishment – low key, old fashioned, low tech with no flash, no fads, no coupons and no gimmicks. Just great quality, service and values. – Just what the customer ordered!
  • Owner reports being “thrilled” with the results and that website far exceeded his expectations. Their customers have also reported being pleased to see the menu online so they can decide what to order before coming in.
  • Monitoring of website traffic reveals an unexpectedly high amount of web activity for a small neighborhood establishment.
